MT is a platform that connects passengers with drivers who will transfer you from one city to the other all around Europe. We also give you the opportunity to explore sights/attractions along the way. We drive, you discover.
Will our driver speak English?
All our drivers speak English. They will answer any questions you may have.
I did not find destination I need to travel to/from on your website, can you still take me there?
In case your desired route is not listed on our website, please contact us via email and we will send you a custom offer.
How do I make my booking ?
You can complete your booking on-line by using the displayed booking form on MT website.
Just choose your desired starting point (contry, city) address of, hotel , apartment, airport or port, the date, the time, your departure and destination points, when entering the address of the pick up, you have a „+“ sign with which you selected places for stops, and there can be multiple stops during the journey, or „-“ sign if you change your mind and want to delete that stop, and you choose how long time you want to stop at that place, you just have to take into account the total travel time with stops, which the systems adds up, the link will show you the type of vehicles and the prices of the transfer and follow the link, step by step as it guides you to confirm the reservation and pay for the transfer reservation. Enter the required information and make your trip reservation. Can it be easier and more transparent ?
If you have not found a pickup location in Europe on our platform, please contact us via email and we will send you a custom offer. This can only happen if you have selected a pickup location outside of the zone set up in our platform.
On the MT platform you can choose pickup and drop-off using Google Maps based on a system from anywhere to anywhere, without travel route restrictions all over Europe.
Do all bookings need to be made in adavance?
We would strongly advise booking in advance. Once your booking has been made a vehicle is reserved and we guarantee availability. Last minute bookings however can be accommodated if the vehicle is available.
What type of vehicle do you offer?
We offer an extensive fleet of vehicles including, Economy sedan (3 persons), Luxury sedan (3 persons), MPV or SUV (4 persons), Economy VAN (8 persons), Luxury Van Mercedes V Class ( 7 persons), Ultra Luxury Limousines (3 persons), Ultra Luxury SUV (4 persons), Ultra Luxury Van Mercedes V Class (5 persons), Luxury Long Limousines and Oldtimer limousines for special events (2-14 persons), Economy Minibus (16 persons) and Luxury VIP Minibus Mercedes (10 persons).
Will our luggage fit in the vehicle?
Each passenger is allowed to have one big suitcase 28 inches (76 x 50 x 30 cm) or one medium suitcase 24 inches (67 x 45 x 27 cm) and one small suitcase 20 inches (56 x 39 x 23 cm). In case you have too much or too large luggage, please upgrade to a bigger car when making the trip reservation.
How can I find my driver?
Your driver will come to pick you up at your desired destination.
Your driver can pick you up at your hotel, apartment, cruise ship dock, or any other pick-up point accessible by car. This applies to your drop-off location as well. No need to worry about buses, cabs, or other connections – MT provides door to door service!
If your transfer starts at the airport, your driver will wait for you at the check-out exit holding a tag with your name on it.
How long will my transfer last?
The times quoted are the standard journey times on a normal day. These times may differ slightly in high season when there is more traffic, weather condeitions or road works also affect the direct time of the journey.
Why is MT better than a regular taxi?
MT offers transfers with fixed rates so that you know your expenses in advance and the price doesn’t depend on the conditions on the route or the traffic. Besides convenient and fixed prices, with MT you don’t have to waste time looking for transportation. In addition, you may stop at any destination on your route to explore the sights and attractions.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver will be informed about your flight details and will collect you at the time of your arrival.
Will Ihave any extra charges in case the driver has to wait for me due to the delayed flight?
In case your flight is delayed, the driver will be informed of the new schedule and will wait for you as previously mentioned. We do not charge additional fee for drivers waiting for arriving flights.
Will my sightseeing spots be open?
We can’t guarantee every tourist attraction is open for every trip. We recommend checking the opening hours in advance.
Can I make a reservation with someone else’s credit card?
If you do not have a credit card, you can specify a different card with the permission of the card’s owner.
How can I be sure that my reservation has been confirmed?
After making a reservation, you will receive confirmation email.
In addition to the transfer, can I book also a day trip or multi day trip with MT?
MT offers you, not only the transfer services, but also day trips and multi day trips, all over Europe. When booking multi-day trips with the same driver and vehicle, you need to book each daily trip separately. In the 'Extra options' section, you must select 'Driver overnight stay' after each daily trip. If you fail to do so, we will consider the multi-day trip incorrectly booked, cancel the order, and send you a notification with the necessary changes to make the booking valid.
Is smoking allowed in the vehicle during the transfer?
No, smoking isn’t allowed in the vehicle during the transfer.
Is the MT transfer direct or do we stop along the way?
Of course, don’t worry , your Driver will be happy to stop for you during the trip for any reason , such as the need for a restroom, coffee break or anything else, as well pre-booked stops or excursions.

When and to whom do I pay for the transfers?
The standard procedure is to pay from 15-25% of the transfer reservation (depending on the pick up area you choose) which will be charged to your credit or debit card, immediately via MT booking platform and you will pay the rest of the amount in Cash or via credit and debit card (if the Driver have that option) to the driver at the end of the ride or transfer.
Is my credit card safe when making the booking?

What does the price include?
The price will includes a one-day transfer or journey from the starting point to the destination, with pre-arranged stops along the way, any extra options if you have selected, and all other travel expenses (tolls, fuel, etc.)
The quoted price is final and there are no additional fees for our services, MT will not charge any additional fees beyond the exact price that has been reserved and agreed upon in advance.
However, optional third party activities such as tours or attraction fees, such as various tickets are not included in the price.
Are transfers prices charged per person or per vehicle?
The transfer prices are always per vehicle, not per person; the type of vehicle is determined by the number of passengers.
How do I pay for my transfer?

What are the references of my driver?
The drivers of MT are professionals with long term experience in passenger transport services and will be prepared for your transfer with a fixed itinerary.
Does my fare include a tip?
No, the tip is neither included in the price, not mandatory. Giving a tip is discretionary and completely up to you. It depends entirely on your goodwill or desire as an optional reward based on your satisfaction with the driver’s services.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations made 120 hours (5 days) after reservation are free of charge. But If you want to change or cancel a reservation, please follow the instructions you received in the confirmation via email. We suggest that you carefully read the cancellation policy when booking.
When can I be sure that my reservation has been successfully canceled?
After requesting a cancellation, you will receive confirmation of cancellation via email. In case that you don’t receive confirmation of cancellation on time, please check your Spam folder.
